This dish is eggy and hearty so can be used as a #BreakfastForDinner meal 😬 We promise… you won’t even miss the egg 🥚. What’s the secret? Himalayan Black Salt🧂 or Kala Namak. It is a kiln-fired rock salt known for its sulfurous smell. This is how the dish smells and tastes “eggy”. 👍. We served the scramble with some fried potatoes 🥔. Yum! 😋
