Having late lunch at @Linhcafe_yvr 😊️ We tried some of their tasty #French Inspired dishes today! They are operating at about 50% capacity in order to properly adhere to the current social distancing guidelines… but the food and service were still excellent! Here’s what was on the lunch table:
- Gan Ngong Chien: Pan-seared Foie Gras on house-made brioche (sooo yummy 😋)
- Banh Mi Cay Hai Phong – Spicy Baguette Sticks: Chicken & pork liver pate, hot sauce, fried shallot.
- Red Beet Salad 🥗: Roasted beet roots, dijon dressing, parmesan shaving, candied pecans
- Half Butter Poached Lobster: Butter + Lobster 🦞
