Arugula and Fig Salad with Prosciutto

Ingredients
2 cups of arugula
3 figs (quartered)
3 strips of prosciutto (torn apart)
0.5 cup of fresh mozzarella (torn apart)
olive oil
salt
pepper
balsamic reduction
Instructions
- Dress the arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper;
- Place dressed arugula on a platter and arrange figs, prosciutto, and mozzarella on top; and
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over salad and serve.
