Here’s an idea for an easy recipe that’s great to take on a picnic or to have at home (on a hot day where you don’t want to turn on the oven) 😉 The chicken 🍗 salad recipe courtesy of @FoodNetwork 😁

1. Use rotisserie chicken! More flavourful and you don’t have to cook the chicken yourself
2. Do not omit the dill/tarragon! It really gives something extra to the salad
3. Once you are done putting together the dish, refrigerate for an hour or two to allow all the flavors to develop 👍
