- You will need a lot of lemon juice so we recommend using a citrus juicer!
- Using a bundt cake pan with sharper ridges produces a more esthetically pleasing cake (but you may have a harder time removing the cake from the pan)
- When glazing the cake, make sure you lay a sheet of parchment paper or another type of liner down… otherwise, the glaze ends up everywhere 😁
