Clay Pot Rice

It’s starting to feel like fall 🍂 in the mornings and evenings!  I think it’s that ☁️ crispness in the air.  We love 💟 making clay pot rice when the weather gets a bit cooler.  Today, we tried the vegan recipe by @seonkyuonglongest and it was delicious 😋 We loved the recipe for the sauce and the technique she used to make the rice crispy and crunchy 👍🏽  Best of all, you can make this dish vegetarian or vegan!  We added some chinese sausage though… as it is hard to resist 😅 not adding it to claypot rice!
