Chicken Clay Pot Rice

What’s your go to dish on a cold autumn 🍂 day?  We like making clay pot rice!  Today, we are trying The Woks of Life recipe for chicken 🍗 and mushroom 🍄 rice!  The recipe also calls for dried wood ears and dried lily flowers.  We also threw in some Chinese sausage.  Yum 😋
